He will be one of the speakers at the dinner Friday night.
The other Japanese speaker will be Baron Naibu Kanda, who also is accompanied by his wife. Baron Kanda is one of the great educators of his country. He is a graduate of Amherst College in Massachusetts. He is now professor in Peer's College, The Imperial University and the Foreign Language School of Japan. Tokugoro Nakahashi, one of the delegation, is president of the Osaka Shosen Kaisha Steamship Line which carries freight for the Chicago, Milwaukee & St. Paul Railway in this country. Buei Nakano is a statesman as well as a business man. He is president of the Chamber of Commerce in Tokio.
The entertainment committee of the commercial club will be assisted by Kiichi Harada of the Kemper Grain Company and four other Japanese of this city. Something in the entertainment line will be doing all Friday. At the dinner Friday night in the Hotel Baltimore this will be the programme:
